How it all started

We began Hussle Gardens for two main reasons! The first was that we wanted to start eating vegetables that were super dense in nutrition. The second was because we wanted to make highly nutritious vegetables available to the neighborhood and communities we stay in!

Our Philosophy

We believe everyone should have access to nutrient dense food. And not just food that appears to be healthy!

Often times, the “organic” vegetables you’re able to purchase at the local grocery store have the appearance of looking good, but they are not worth the price you pay. Those organic vegetables travel great distances and sit for long periods of time before you get to buy them. They lose nutritional value over time and they might not have that much left when you sit down to consume them.

Our Micro Greens 🌱 however are grown right here in Northwest Aurora. We harvest twice a week and deliver them freshly after harvesting! This means that you get to consume them while they still have high nutrition value and they didn’t travel for days to get to you!
